ACF MCC is presenting a pork fabrication class, its first in a series of professional development classes. Price is $15 for members/$25 for non-members. Your registration fee includes a lunch and an entry into a meat raffle for the primals and processed items you will be making, with profits going toward the Chuck Duberstein Fund for professional development. Volunteers don’t have to be professional chefs, simply those who know how to cook and want to help the chapter. Though not necessary, volunteers are encouraged to try new and interesting dishes for the kids.
