Monday, December 17; 3 p.m. arrival
Perspectives Family Center: 3381 Gorham Ave., St. Louis Park
This is the Thanksgiving meal, and the chapter is celebrating 20 years of supporting Perspectives. Help out preparing meals through this nutrition and education program for kids. Food is served at 5:30 p.m. sharp. Please be plated and ready for service at that time. Dependent on your menu, volunteers and space are available for you. Recommended time to plate is 5-5:15 p.m. to be completed by 5:30 p.m. The children only have 20 minutes to eat, so time is critical. Contact Chef Dan at Perspectives with your menu at 952-926-2600. We must meet all national nutritional guidelines set for the program at Kids Cafe. Chef Dan will go over your menu with you to make sure it is in accordance. Visit the chapter website, www.acfmcc.com, for more information or contact Chef and Child Chair Jeremiah Lanes at firstname.lastname@example.org.
