Tuesday, February 21; 3 p.m. arrival
Perspectives Family Center: 3381 Gorham Ave., St. Louis Park, MN
This is the annual Mardi Gras meal, put on by chefs Virgil Emmert and David Eisenreich, and this year assisted by chef Pierre Rabba and others.
Volunteers don’t have to be professional chefs, simply those who know how to cook and want to help the chapter. Though not necessary, volunteers are encouraged to try new and interesting dishes for the kids. Contact Chef Dan at 952-926-2600 ext. 2518 or email email@example.com with your planned menu and to go over the nutrition guidelines. Visit the chapter website at www.acfmcc.com, for more information or email Chef Keith Huffman at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Meetings are held on the last Tuesday of every month. The February meeting is February 29 at Target Field in Minneapolis. Visit www.acfmcc.com for information and signup.
