Al-Anon — A support group for people concerned about someone with a drinking problem. www.al-anon.org

 

Nar-Anon — a 12-step support program for friends and families of addicts. www.nar-anon.org

 

Ben’s Friends — A national food and beverage industry support group for professionals struggling with substance abuse and addition. Group meetings are held in Minneapolis, every Monday at 6:30 p.m. at The Lynhall at 2640 Lyndale Ave.

 

HR training —online training developed by the Delaware Restaurant Association that has been vetted by hospitality experts, such as labor attorneys. Cost ranges from $149 for one online user to $999 for up to 10. Prices available for larger chains, as well. www.hospitalityhrcenter.com
