Survivor Resources-ACF MCC Fundraiser

The chapter is again providing hors d’oeuvres and gourmet food stations for Survivor Resources’ 15th Annual Megan Fischer Memorial Auction and Culinary Event. The chapter donated $1,000 to the Texas Chef's Association for the Hurricane Harvey disaster relief fund.
ACF Regional & National Professional Development Events
The ACF will host three professional development events in 2018: ChefConnect-Charlotte, February 25-27, in Charlotte, North Carolina; ChefConnect-Newport Beach, March 18-20, in Newport Beach, California; and Cook. Craft. Create. ACF National Convention and Show, July 15-19, in New Orleans. Each event includes educational seminars, culinary demonstrations, hands-on workshops, industry exhibits, a career fair and networking opportunities.
