Performance Food Show Creates Buzz in St Cloud

As clear and sunny as it was in St Cloud it was too cold for mid-March, which made it all the nicer to be inside perusing Performance Foods expanding spring line up at last month’s show. The excitement about facilities expansion coming in September added to the buzz. A 75,000 feet of production and distribution space at the Rice, Minnesota, operations center will markedly increase production and distribution for Performance. Meanwhile, Corporate Chef Richard Fisher is now on board along with the addition of experienced representatives in the effort to build awareness of more lines and services gradually being introduced to both metro and outstate.
