Wojciech Kotas, Client Communications Director at Monroe Moxness Berg PA, greeted attendees at FSN Restaurant Business Summit October 25 at Surly Brewing and helped field questions. Conversations ran the gamut, from the recent spate of local ADA compliance confrontations, intricacies of brewpub licensing, and financing, to ownership matters of managing a distressed operation, legacy operator exit strategies and current funding opportunities, strategies and cautions.
