As a charter sponsor of the annual Charlie Awards, US Foods has once again stepped up to supply the food for the celebration at the upcoming February awards show as well as the kickoff event last month at Foodservice News’ offices. The event was attended by industry supporters, restaurateurs and VIPs. The ACF Minneapolis Chapter contributed by preparing all the food for the kickoff, no easy logistical feat, since FSN doesn’t have a kitchen and prepping had to be off site. Everything was delicious, even with that hurdle to overcome.
